You should only upload content you have the right to use and share.

We may review, remove, restrict, demonetize, delist, or disable access to content that appears to violate our policies, legal obligations, or the rights of others.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login method, and device access. You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, operational integrity, or investigation.

ClipX, including its interface, branding, software, and non-user platform content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly allowed, you may not copy, resell, republish, frame, scrape, download in bulk, or commercially exploit platform materials without prior written permission.

ClipX may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We may also update these Terms as the product, our operations, or applicable legal requirements evolve.

Continued use of ClipX after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute relating to ClipX should be handled in accordance with applicable Malaysian law and the competent courts or forums in Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
